With equity our top priority at Nya Birth Collective, our antenatal education and birth preparation classes are shaped to you and your needs. Covering everything from self advocacy in pregnancy, advice for birth partners, stages of labour, pain relief options, infant feeding, safe sleep and much more.

Sessions are facilitated in groups and on a one-to-one basis, in person and/or online and start from 28-30 weeks of pregnancy.

Birth Plan Support

The research shows that often global majority women/birthing people do not feel heard when voicing preferences or concerns when accessing maternity care. For this reason we believe that consultation in self advocacy is paramount as part of our antenatal education sessions. In addition to this, we are proud to offer birth plan consultations where you will be supported to develop a personalised birth plan and present confidently to your midwifery team.
